Handling time:
We have two weeks to process and prepare unpainted model orders, this way we try to ensure that everything will be complete.
Painted models require more time of prep if they are not completed yet (thatโs why we have less spots for them)
ย All of our models are hand painted with a lot of attention to details, that being said the complete handling is for three weeks before shipping them.
Please keep in mind that despite having cool sculpts and good looking models, these pieces are not made with plastic injection moulds and since they are small they can break if enough strength is applied or if they were improperly handled as any other miniature in the market.
Shipping:
ย If you are worried about charged VAT fees let me know the amount and the detail so i can print that on your label (as Ebay purchases does)
Please note that this does not exempt your order from local customs fees since those are beyond my hands, but it is best to have it printed.
(Note: I can declare a lower value if you leave me a note but if you are required to pay import taxes on your local customs there's not much to do)
for shipmentsย I have three options:
First: the flat economy shipping that costs 10 -12 USD and takes between 20 to 60 days to arrive, this depends mostly on local customs and postal agencies handling (this is for most parts of the world, not to the US)
(In some cases it may take longer to arrive, as is the case with shipments to Germany)
Second: is a fast shipping that starts at 51.74 - 65 USD and takes between 8 to 15 working days to arrive (just one try to deliver)
Third: FedEx or DHL, these are the expensive ones and are calculated one by one.
Most of the operation is run by just one guy, I have an assistant that covers inventory and painting but still we are human and in the eventuality that your order arrives incomplete please send me photos as soon as you notice so we can see how to work this the best for you.

Please keep in mind that FedEx might still charge additional fees related to US handling, those are charged when they deliver your package and are a specific local thing that is not related to Bigcartel's taxes at checkout (kind of a sucker punch). (I found a loop hole that might help US orders)
