We cannot guarantee that the display of any color or size on your computer monitor will be accurate. It is your responsibility to confirm sizes and measurements according to the information available and to contact us if you require further information.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Any decision based on information provided on this site is your responsibility. We reserve the right at any time to modify, limit, or discontinue access to this website or our products and services (or any part or content thereof) without notice and at any time.

SECTION 3 - WARRANTIES, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We guarantee the quality of our products only for defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, alterations, repairs by third parties, or accidents that result in modifications, damage, or total or partial destruction of one of our models. It also does not cover incorrect sizing or errors in the desired characteristics, as it is your responsibility to provide accurate information regarding scale, sizes, measurements, and other specifications for the product or service purchased. In the case of personalized products, exchanges or returns are not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect, in accordance with the aforementioned conditions. In any case, the acceptance of the exchange or return request remains at our discretion. The customer agrees that, upon confirming the purchase, the order is irrevocable and cannot be canceled or returned for convenience. This applies without prejudice to the warranty rights established in Chilean Law 19.496 on Consumer Protection.
All our models come with a manufacturing warranty until the delivery date in case any parts are missing upon receiving. (let us know and send an email with attached photos so we can find a way to solve this)
SECTION 4 - PURCHASES, BILLING, ACCOUNTS, AND SHIPPING
There are three ways to purchase products: from available stock, pre-order models and "made to order" models that require some degree of customization. To request a quote for a custom piece, customers can provide details through the contact methods listed on the website (email), indicating the size, measures, details, design, and any other characteristics they are looking for. It is needed to pay upfront the 50% or total from the quote before start to work on it, which will later be deducted from the total cost of the project. Via email, the customer can share their project idea and budget so we can advise them and help bring their vision to life.
Delivery time will be coordinated with each collector depending on the complexity and labor availability. Generally, a project time can take between 14 and 60 business days, and may be extended due to various circumstances, although we will always try to meet the agreed-upon date if it is within our control. Iguana Figures is not obligated to accept custom work requests and is not responsible for extensions in the waiting time. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase or request made to us.
We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, group, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, recasters, resellers, distributors, or individuals or entities seeking to infringe upon intellectual property rights.
You agree to provide current, complete, and necessary purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including your real name, email, address and phone numbers so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Payments are processed through an independent payment platform. As this is a service provided by a third party unaffiliated with Iguana Figures and is offered as an optional tool, we are not responsible for its management. Any use you make of the optional tools offered through the site is at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms under which the tools are provided by the relevant third-party providers.
We typically ship via various local agencies. For shipments outside our country, we use CorreosChile or FedEx. While we take care to pack products securely, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, losses, or other issues arising from the postal or shipping service used. We always send each individual buyer an email containing tracking information. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information and contact the corresponding shipping or postal service, or contact us if you do not receive shipping information. We have no control over the shipment once it is in the hands of the agency or postal service, as this is a service provided by a third party.ย
